Why aren't there more jokes?

Okay, so in Chicago, there is a street called "Lower Wacker". What I want to know is...why haven't there been more jokes made about this? I would have at least expected some sort of Beavis and Butthead comment made by someone. Am I the only one who sees the humor in this name?
